The Rise Of AD Bruiser Nidalee?
What is this about? I've seen alot of nidalees go top lane ad and build BorK, TriForce/IG, then some other things that i forgot about.

Because of how her kit got reworked and having her cougar at lvl 1 it made bruiser nidalee even more plausible i myself have played it and seen its potential but being a bad nidalee player have failed to achieve greatness with it
I like the new nidalee better this way, theres a whole playstyle and strategy set that goes a long with having to switch back and forth from cougar form. It makes her more fun this way than just a spear throwing champ AP champ :P That and her Q ad scaling is pretty ridiculous imo. I think If they nerfed her Q scaling and added some ad scaling elsewhere she'd be great, maybe have her human form be AP and cougar AD. I mained AD nid for a while and she has some really good potential to counter popular tops.
TL;DR AD Nid can counter many top laners and has cray q scaling in cougar form

AD nid has been a thing for a while, its just becoming a lot more popular because it is better than AP nid. Its quite honestly terrible to play against, as you are completely reliant on the nid being really stupid
She was over buffed last patch. Riot jumped the gun while people were figuring out her kit. Now she can 100 to 0 as soon as she marks people.
The fact that she can now jump 750 units (while mao can only W 450) just shows how bad they over buffed her. Plus the total AD ratio on Q. No champ can safely lane against her now. also she still has a heal that buffs AS up to 60%.
Not sure what riot learned the term balance from. Cause nid as usual is still not.
Nidalee got a complete rework and it caused people to use her differently? The horror!
That said, while I'm no expert at balancing to know exactly what's OP as opposed to, say "much better than the effort put in" or if "really good but difficult to use" counts. I also don't play much with or against Nidalee so I wouldn't be the first to ask for even subjective opinions. Theoretically, if she needs a nerf now then she'll get it, but there's not really anything inherently wrong with Nidalee being a top-lane character now.
I like the new nid being a briuser way more than the ap spear of doom chucker she used to be(not that she isnt one now).
When I bought her before the rework, I was massively disappointing because she relied so heavily on being said spear chucker but the new rework has made her much more like a hunter cat woman that she's supposed to be, using her skills to set up the hunt. I love the hunt. Why would a hunter focus on ap. Just my thoughts on her.
Also, I like her even more as an ad support. People simply arent ready for it.
every time i hear someone say that AD nidalee is broken, it makes me cringe. if youre getting soooo many autoattacks off and they arent jumping you, theyre doing it wrong at level 3+ imo (depending on the champ youre laning against). like, there are soooo many counterplays and champs that EASILY counter AD nid. like litterally, her q doesnt really do much unless the target has low hp. i heep hearing things like "OMFG WTF SHE DOES SO MUCH DAMAGE!!! NERFFFFFFFF", but in reality its because you have like 20% hp. lol ofc youre gonna die at that point, as her skill is MENT do deal hella burst damage and delete you in an instant. she also is so weak against CC. lol snare her and gg she cant touch you really.
however, i play her as a straight up assassin, building 2-3 infinity edges and getting hunt so i can q (and it works with mpen. its a retarded build i know but hell...its fun once you get it down). this way shes more high risk high reward. if youre playing against a good laner/team that know how NOT to get by spears, you arent gonna win with her. point blank.
oh yeah, on the subject of split damage that one is debatable, considering say her cougar q attack deals physical damage. all she really will do is AD at that point (and im sure thats what some people want) but then they can just build armor and litterally s*** on you, especially if they have a CC (LOLrenekton)
also, she has no utility when she builds AD (except if she maxes heal early game, but it will fall off around level 13+).
if asked however, i can give a list of champs that easily counter AD nidalee.
