Kozen, the Soul Razor

Keep in mind I haven't worked in mana costs just yet.

Role: Assassin/Carry Basic stats HP: 485(+85/lvl) at level 18 -1930 AD: 50 (+3.5/lvl) at level 18 -109(with maximum soul shards, 149) Health regen: .9(+.11) Mana regen: 1.2(+.12) Armor: 15(+3) Magic resist: 30(+0) Movespeed: 310 Range: Melee

Passive: Soul Shards Each time Kozen kills an enemy with a basic attack or ability, a soul shard is created. These float around him and give him +2 AP and +2 AD each. All soul shards are lost when Kozen dies. The maximum amount increases every 5 levels. Champion kills grant maximum stacks, champion assists grant half the amount of maximum stacks. 5/10/15/20 shards maximum at level 1/6/11/16

Q Ability: Ghost Fang Kozen lunges 400 units in a direction in half physical form first, striking for his attack damage plus bonus physical damage(+.5 total AD), instantly followed by a ghost form, passing through all enemies and dealing less bonus magic damage (+.75 AP) and slowing their movement for 1.5 seconds. This is a skillshot. 10/9/8/7/6 second cooldown Level 1 - 30 bonus damage, then 15 dmg 10% slow Level 2 - 40 bonus damage, then 20 dmg 12% slow Level 3 - 50 bonus damage, then 25 dmg 14% slow Level 4 - 60 bonus damage, then 30 dmg 16% slow Level 5 - 65 bonus damage, then 35 dmg 18% slow

W ability Soul Nova Kozen blasts the area directly around him(point blank aoe) with energy, causing high magic damage( +.7 AP) to enemies surrounding Kozen. Enemies are tagged by a Nova Mark, which explodes and causes enemies to take further (+.3 AP)magic damage 3 seconds after being marked. When an enemy champion is killed by this ability, the cooldown is refreshed. 18/16/14/12/10 Level 1 - 80 damage, enemies explode for 40 Level 2 - 120 damage, enemies explode for 50 Level 3 - 160 damage, enemies explode for 60 Level 4 - 200 damage, enemies explode for 70 Level 5 - 240 damage, enemies explode for 80

E Ability: Fade Passive: If Kozen has not been the target of spells or attacks for 10 seconds, he gains a spectral shield blocking the next incoming basic attack, or blocks the next incoming damaging spell for 30% of its damage. While the shield is active, Kozen has 5% increased movespeed Active: Kozen fades in and out of existence, becoming untargetable for .5 seconds. When he returns back into existence, his passive activates again. 15/12/10/8/6 second cooldown

Ultimate: Soul Razor Initial: Kozen slashes an enemy champion with such force that it knocks their soul out of their body and sends ALL soul shards at them, rooting them for 1.5/2/2.5 seconds and dealing damage based on the amount of soul shards he has. The enemy champion can still cast spells, but for the duration of the ability cannot be damaged by anything other than Kozen's basic attack and Release(including allied attacks/spells and Kozen's other abilities), however, Kozen can still attack other units during this duration. Release: 125/275/350 (+.6 AP) (+.4 total AD) magic damage to champion targeted by Soul Razor Note: Soul shards do 2/5/8 true damage each for this ability. 100/90/80 second cooldown

Lore:

Note: I realize this is probably not the best story, nor does it really make sense, because a whole new island is created/discoverd...but i just figured Kozen needed a backstory. So, this is my own personal vision of what happened to him.

From the beginning of time in Valoran, spirits have existed everywhere; in the trees, the people, the very earth itself had a spirit. These spirits have recycled themselves throughout the ages of the planet, as they moved back and forth through the physical realm and the spiritual realm. The spirit realm is something normally nobody knows about, save for a secret order of people known as Keepers.

The Keepers are a nonviolent lineage that believe in a spirit realm that exists alongside the physical realm, as if there were two realities in the same place. Each thing, living or non-living, has spirit energy that can be tapped into directly, or indirectly, in both realms. It is the Keeper's duty to ensure that neither side becomes out of balance in energy, so that the worlds would not fall apart.

Kozen was just a young boy when all of this was explained to him. It seemed right that there were two worlds, as people who died had to go somewhere. Spirits were eternal and that would mean that the cycle would always continue. It made sense to him when people said 'my ancestors watch over me.' He grew up knowing he would someday become a Keeper in order to watch over the spiritual flow of lost souls and energy. He would someday learn to control this energy around him and bend it as if it were his arms and legs. However, tragedy struck the Order of the Keepers, as the Noxian army discovered their home on a small island in Valoran, far south of Kumungu. The Noxians, at first, enslaved the Keepers and used them to create an alternate energy source to power their many horrific technologies suited for war. But soon they realized that the Keeper's power was too great to let exist, as they feared a potential uprising. Besides that, the Keepers were vastly depleting in numbers due to overexertion and exhaustion. Thus, an order was given to eliminate the Keeper threat entirely, and soon the surge of political propaganda was released describing an assassination attempt on an officer of Noxus. Nearly everyone on the island was murdered, except Kozen. He was the sole survivor, but only just a boy. He hid underneath his house in the floorboards in a secret room that he had created to practice his Keeper skills. However, Kozen helplessly watched as his parents died right before his eyes, permanently scarring his mind with the image of their blood dripping through the floorboards onto his face.

Thus, Kozen swore an oath of revenge, to rid the world of the Noxian demons who slaughtered his people. He trained for 20 years underneath his floorboards in order to master the ways of the Keeper, finding that he could not only damage a person's physical body, but their soul as well. Soon he gained so much power that he had precise control of his spirit body and could fade in and out of existence and move quickly back into place. He knew that he was ready to challenge the Noxians.

Kozen climbed out of the secret room, only to find the Noxians still occupied the island with a few dozen troops. In a murderous rage, he killed all of them with his immense power, and sealed their souls within their own energy, making a sort of crystal full of power. Kozen used these gems to create a blade like none other, made of both metal and soul energy. His newly-forged sword required a name worthy of its potential: Ghost Fang. Soon after, Kozen fled the island. However, before he boated across the Conqueror's Sea, he painted his face with the blood of his parents, still caked on the floorboards. It is said that Noxian soldiers call him the Soul Razor, as he cuts their spirits from their bodies on the battlefield with pure ease.

"The body means nothing without the soul--so I guess that makes you nothing." - Kozen, the Soul Razor
