Rare Skins?

I got way lucky this time around and picked up some awesome skins, but I'm wondering just how rare they really are.

I got the following skins: Kitty Cat Kat Happy Elf Teemo and Safari Cait

According to curse entertainment, Elf Teemo is in the top 5 rarest skins, but I feel that the community would have a better scope as to how rare these skins really are. Just let me know guys XD

I have never seen happy elf teemo in europe west servers, and I'm playing since talon release, is that kind of rare skin XD
