Pool Party Zac??

Zac is clearly seen in Pool Party Renekton background seen here http://tinyurl.com/p7c9owt. Why has this not happened yet? It would look great and he hasn't had any skins except the "Eh" Special Weapon Skin. This would probably make him more popular because of him having a new skin.

There's like 10+ different champs in the back of all pool party skins in total.They'll probably happen eventually - but not any time soon.
