Braum Utility

Could we please get some more explanation about Braums abilities. To be perfectly honest depending on exactly how his abilities work, just from the description I can see Braum being exceptionally strong. He has a slow, a ranged engage, and his passive really increases the chances of getting a gank. So I feel like he has engage as well as disengage with his shield abilities. I see Braum being very strong in lane as well as team fights.

In the past when a new champion has come out 1 of 2 things always happens. Either the Champion is too strong, or not strong enough. As always there is balancing involved and I feel recently Riot has leaned towards making a champion potentially slightly weaker, then buffing after getting all the numbers from player use.

Like I said very little is known about Braum, we know a description of his abilities, but we dont have the numbers. I just like others want to make sure when a new champion comes out there are not exceptionally stronger than other champions. So I am just really curious how much testing has been done.
