Double key fragment animation after login

This has happened multiples times, but sporadically.

It only happens after I logged in and the main client shows up. I get a first animytion for a key fragment, including the standard sound. I click it away and another animation pops up. I click it away again.

Now when I go into my loot I only have 1 additional key fragment.

The first two times this happened I thought my memory was wrong and I had the correct number of fragments, but then I started documenting every key fragment and today I can say with certainty that I only ever get one key fragment, even though there are two animations. Which is frustrating to be honest.

Please fix this
