Match declined bug

While waiting in queue, after clicking accept match when prompted it waits as if waiting for others to accept the match and then it cancels out saying 'e46 fanatic as declined blah blah', funny thing is this happened after a chain of 2 other 'dodges/declines' from others so I don't doubt this is affecting people left n right. I haven't received a penalty yet but this has happened to me 4 times now
