[GAMEPLAY] Katarina Ult Interupting For No Reason

Sometimes on Katarina, her ult with interrupt immediately after using it. This is not due to silences/other cc. This is incredibly frustrating and needs to be hot fixed immediately. I believe someone else posted about this bug on Reddit, explaining that it was an issue with her buffering. Please Riot, this needs to be fixed ASAP. It can have a dramatic effect on teamfights, since Katarina's ult is a huge portion of her damage.
