Akali Q, AA Bug

I would like to make one thing clear super quick, im an akali main 900k mpoints in on her. So i have seen this bug occur plenty of times and finally confirming this bug to riot.

I will throw a Q onto a minion or a jungle monster (very rarely happens on champs, but does happen) and right after i will AA. The mark doesnt go off. you have to wait a second again to AA to proc it.

So what im saying is, i throw my Q, i see it on them, and even hear the sounds that its on them. Then AA almost instantly after and the mark wont proc.
