A question about a LoL problem

So before I start talking about that, I have just, actually not just 3 days ago but Im not so active on boards so I saw it now, anyways 3 days ago I received a moderator message saying they removed my "Do your part." post which was about subscribing to PewDiePie for being under the wrong category... I put the post under Memes & Games... lmao so now onto the question, oh btw subscribe to PewDiePie and get him to 100M first to show YT they cant dictate what is popular on YT and what people like

So recently I have been experiencing HARD lags in my games, like HARD lags, it starts with my frame rate dropping from 100 to 70-80 and it reacts 2-3 seconds after I do something, now that may not seem like a lot but in LoL it is, so it reacts very slowly and it even slows down my typing, so for example if I want to tell my team Im experiencing lags I type "Im lagging" in about, lets say 1.5 seconds, so instead of it appearing when I hit enter it literally types a letter per 1 second so, if I wanted to just tell my team that Im lagging it doesnt work, sometimes I get killed, sometimes instead of me helping my teammate in something it doesnt react, oh and my abilities come out like 2 seconds later than they should which leads to me missing the skillshot or using the ability way to late which leads up to me being flamed on and reported in some cases, because thats how LoL community works Btw this problem does not appear on any other games I play, it doesnt appear while Im watching YouTube or anywhere else, it only appears in LoL and after the problem is over, like my frame rate is back up to 100 I hear some beeps coming out of my computer so Im questioning is it LoL or my computer and where the f did the scroll bar go, no joke I cant scroll down, the bar doesnt show up and I cant use the scroll on the mouse
