[Gameplay] [Consistency] Ardent Censor Not Labeled As Support Item

This one it simple. Support items were added to a list that updates your teammates that you've bought it upon purchase (ex: wards and aura items). The ardent censor is an AP/Mps/CD item that increases attack speed of healed or shielded allies. This is clearly a support item, and should probably be on the list. It's not a big deal, just a consistency thing.
