Battlecast Kog'maw laugh sound file bugged?

i purchased kogmaw and the BC skin a few weeks ago and i noticed that he does a small chuckle then does some more animations but they have no sound, not sure if this is indended since i just got the skin and havent really played kogmaw all that much prior except during his free week
