Ping only on NA

Whenever I play on NA I'm at a constant 100 ping, now this wouldn't be so annoying if it wasn't since the DDoS that happened at Riot when the servers were terrible with connection that no one could play that this started happening. On the PBE or even if I go to LAN for what ever reason I get a constant 70 ping which I used to have before that happened.

It's been very annoying to play with this constant 30+ ping increase, is there a fix, is it my internet, or is it just the NA servers?
