[SPECTATE] I cannot spectate any games on Mac as of this 5.9 patch

Spectate fails on Mac.

Sometimes it says "Connection to spectator server failed. Would you like to retry?" right at the beginning on first black screen of "League of Legends" app (not the LolClient app). If I hit Retry it just get's completely stuck (black screen)/crashes. If I hit Cancel, it does the same thing. I have to Force Quit and restart client.

Sometimes it makes it to character loading screen, but none of the players make it to 100% before it says "Connection to spectator service failed. The game will now exit". Both the LoLClient and the League of Legends applications are both showing in Dock but both unresponsive so requires the Force Quit.

If I try to do it from the command line (per the Riot API instructions), I get the same results (failures), but in this case, I can see the STDOUT, and I notices a number of new lines in the output as of 5.9:

That is repeated like 30 times in a row.

I also see this in the middle of that 30 repeats:

There are also a number of missing files and lots of these errors:

ERROR| ReplayNetClient GetChunk error. Error: 16389 ERROR| Replay chunks fetch Failure!!

ERROR| Failed to connect to spectator.na.lol.riotgames.com (IP) Timeout duration (ms): 10000 ERROR| ReplayNetClient GetLastAvailableChunkInfo error. Could not send HTTP request. Error: 16389 ERROR| Replay GetLastChunkInfo Failure!!

And finally: ERROR| Replay download disabled due to errors fetching data chunks. ALWAYS| ReplayDownloader: Thread ended due to exception: DownloadTimeout

This is when I get the "Connection to spectator service failed. The game will now exit".

Same Behavior, Two different Mac's:

Both running Yosemite 10.10.3 Mid 2011 iMac 16 GB RAM Dual Quad Core i7 Late 2014 Mac Mini 16 GB RAM single Quad Core i7

I was able to spectate just fine before this last patch, using either method (from LolClient or Command Line) on either Mac.
