Loading Screen Crash

I got the same crash at two different computers with relatively high specifications. This started happening after the last patch

What happens is basically; Loading screen gets stuck at %100, I can't alt + tab, I can't alt + f4, I can't see my task manager, when I try to use my touchpad shortcut to access my desktop on my laptop it only shows my taskbar and when I try to close my game by simply clicking (x) button it refuses to close and I still can't access to my task manager.

The only thing I can do is restart my computer using Power button which is not safe at all.

And I am counted as a "Leaver" and marked by leavebuster for this bug.

This same thing has happened to me more than 4 times, I've downloaded the "HexTech rEpAiR ToOl" and repatched and reinstalled the entire game but it still has not fixed the problem, I've lost LP and Patience with this game. I am not happy about this because I spend a lot of time on this game and it just fucks me.
