What's with the bug of Homeguards...
I'm not entirley sure if this is a bug.. but when I go back to base my homeguards dont activate sometimes... It actually caused me some game loss and objectives.. Starting to be really fucking annoying

Don't sweat it, I also have that issue.
As far as I know, it's caused solely by being stuck in combat by things you don't notice; they disable on dealing or taking damage, so having a mushroom or other kind of trap or a poison on someone will put you in combat and disable them for longer than you expect and it can be hard to tell what's keeping you in combat.
