Bug with iBlitzcrank skin

So lately I've been playing a lot of blitzcrank and then I decided to purchase the iBlitzcrank skin. Good skin, I like it, however there seems to be an issue with his ult timing. On the normal blitzcrank skin, when you hear the sound effect it goes off (Right away). On the iBlitzcrank skin there seems to be a slight delay. I notice this a lot if I hit my ult right before dieing. On the normal skin, the ult would go off. On the iBlitzcrank skin, it does not, even though the sound plays and the animation has begun.
