I just got an S- on Yasuo (13/2/13 with champion mastery 5). I didn't get a chest or a mastery 6 token rito plz I need soul stealer vayne Kappa

At the least I can easily explain why you did not get a token. Mastery tokens for ranks 6 and 7 can only be earned in Classic mode on Summoner's Rift; your ARAM game is not eligible.
Now for the chest. Have you earned one with Yasuo before? You can only earn one chest per champion per season. If you have not, then you must not have had any chests available to earn; each week a new one becomes available, to be claimed upon your next S rank with a champion that has not yet earned one. You can save up to 4 of those chests without claiming them.
