The Key Fragments to Success

I wasn't sure which category this would be but I'm pretty sure key fragments are bugged right now. I can't get a single one after countless victories a lot of them being with 5 man queue's or S rank games. Also please fix the thing with ARAM dropping key fragments as well ty rito
