Tahm Kench bug

I don't really know how to recreate it but during my game when a Tahm Kench devoured anyone he would deal close to 80% of that targets hp. I was teemo with 2,800 hp and when Tahm devoured me then spit me out I would have around 500 hp left. That is stupidly broken and needs to be fixed NOW. That bug will be exploited as more and more people realize it. League is already terribly unbalanced and this just makes the game worse.
