[Bug] Minimap Bug (has happened multiple times)

Occasionally I lose the ability to click on the minimap to view a certain area when my screen is unlocked for the rest of the game, forcing me to manually pan the camera over rather than being able to just click on the minimap to focus a certain area.

I can't say exactly what the conditions are that cause this, but it always follows a death and it seems like it may occur when I'm locking/unlocking my screen as I die.

That's my best guess for the cause but I honestly have no idea why it does this sometimes. Makes it really hard to use global abilities or to quickly teleport somewhere if I'm playing top lane.

I use a Razer Naga on a Late '13 Macbook pro, retina display with a 32" JVC TV that I play on because my laptop screen is cracked.

I also have lock/unlock screen remapped to pressing my mouse scroll wheel in. Not rolling up or down, actually pressing the wheel.
