Unresponsive keys (Katarina) [In-Game]

Server: NA In-Game Bug Comp specs: Processor - Intel Core i7-4700MQ CPU @ 2.40GHz 2.40 GHz Installed Memory (RAM) - 8.00 GB System Type - 64-bit Operating System, x64-based processor Hello, I am posting to inquire about a possible bug that may have occurred during gameplay with the champion Katarina . I'm not entirely sure the timeline at this time of when it occurred between the first and second time. First, I have only experienced this issue twice. Secondly, I have only experienced this issue while playing Katarina. I just played a game a few days ago where this issue had occurred for the second time and thought you may want to know about it. I am not sure what exact buttons do not work but what I do notice is that the Q, R and B commands become unresponsive at, to my knowledge, a random point in the game. To my knowledge, the rest still work. Both times I have had to bind my keys to a custom binding. However, doing so makes me sacrifice the use of one or more vital keys (such as V for pings) if I want the keys to be aligned to play efficiently. I do not know how to recreate the instance and neither do I know if it will happen again. As I stated previously, it has only happened twice in all of my games and has only happened with Katarina. Both times the issue has occurred have both been fairly recent (within the last couple weeks), Thank you very much for your time

[Edit] - Also, I had forgotten to mention a small detail that may be of importance. When the issue occurs, I can still use those keys in the chat while talking to other teammates and they work fine. They just don't work when they are designated for any other function outside of the chat box.
