Rammus Bugs

In the previous iteration of Rammus, the target can escape his E channel by leaving vision before it finishes. This would not put Rammus' E on cooldown.

   Now, not only can his E fire off a "dud", he can also cancel the channel (and put it on cooldown) himself by pressing Q. Not sure if there is any other way Rammus can self-cancel his E. 

Iceborn Gauntlet's radius does not consider Rammus' W to be bonus armor.
