[CLIENT] Blank checkbox in rune filter list that does nothing

In the rune inventory, there is a blank checkbox that does nothing.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open new client and login
2. Go to the Collection tab
3. Go the Runes tab
4. Click the icon that looks like three little lines with dots next to them
5. Observe the blank checkbox. Checking or unchecking it does nothing.

I can reproduce this every time I go to the Rune inventory.
