[CLIENT] Cannot hide Tier 2 runes in rune inventory

In the rune inventory, unchecking the "Tier 2" box does not hide Tier 2 runes. There seems to be no way to hide Tier 2 runes.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open new client and login
2. Go to the Collection tab
3. Go the Runes tab
4. Click the icon that looks like three little lines with dots next to them
5. Tier 2 runes display in the Rune inventory regardless of whether you have Tier 2 checked or not. See the screenshot in the link for a visual description.

I can reproduce this every time I go to the Rune inventory.
