[CLIENT] In the rune inventory menu, rune types that you have unchecked will display

In the rune inventory, if you have a rune type menu (Marks, Glyphs, etc.) collapsed and a rune tier (Tier 2 or Tier 3) unchecked in the rune filter, runes that belong to that tier will be displayed when you expand the rune type menu.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open new client and login
2. Go to the Collection tab
3. Go the Runes tab
4. Click the icon that looks like three little lines with dots next to them
5. Uncheck Tier 3.
6. Collapse a rune type menu (Marks, Glyphs, etc.)
7. Expand the menu. If you have Tier 3 runes belonging to that category, they will show in the list, even though you have the box unchecked.

I can reproduce this every time I go to the Rune inventory.
