BUG: Friends in-game showing as offline in the friends list

Dear RIOT,

I have a few friends who are at the moment of writing in-game (Normal, Legacy Client), and they are both showing as 'offline' in the friends list. I also checked if it was possible to spectate, but this is not the case. Some of my other friends are however showing as online, in queue, in champ select, in-game, etc. I have restarted my client twice, both in Beta as well as Legacy, but in both cases the result is the same. My account is on NA.
