kleptomancy/corrupting potion bug
was playing gangplank the other day in flex queue and whenever i would get mana pots and pop them, i cant activated corrupting potion. not sure if this is intended.

It's probably intended. If you could activate both at the same time, you could get a lot more mana back at once. It may or may not be a real balance issue, and we could discuss that, but I doubt it's a bug.
