battlecast urgot reconnect bug

so i've lost 38 LP because i haven't been able to connect to any of the games i've tried to play today. this isn't a normal problem for me. this was not happening last night. the only difference is that i've been trying to play using the Battlecast Urgot skin. I can't even connect to the practice tool while trying to use the skin. I'm currently stuck in a practice game right now that i can't connect to or quit because i can't connect to it. I don't even really care about not being able to use the skin, I want to know if I can get that LP back through loss prevention or something.

Nevermind, it's not Urgot. somehow Haste got opened and it didn't properly start up, I guess, and was just sitting in the background processes for some reason. I killed it with task manager and now everything's working. I probably can't get that LP back through loss prevention huh?
