So my last few hours with the patcher and client have been irritating.

I tried to patch the game, normal day, the thing was stuck at 0 kbps for about 40 minutes, so I got out and back in to try to fix it. End up getting stuck at 33%, let it scan files, I get to 30,000 and look on the boards to see if there is a fix, there apparently is. I try this, it works, I invite all my friends to a game, we get in, my client crashes while loading. Won't reconnect, so I get out and back in, the patcher decides some files are corrupt and spends 30 minutes trying to fix them. I still can't reconnect to the game, at one point it actually sends me back to the home page of the game even though the game is still going. I get out, repair the whole freaking client, get back in, still doesn't work. I'm telling it to launch a custom game, and it won't. I'm not stuck at reconnect for my one man custom game, even if I get out and back in to the client. Please Riot, I'm dying.

Edit; I have uninstalled and reinstalled League, and have gotten done with most of the installation/patch, only now it's gotten to 46% and refuses to go any further since sometimes Riot's servers just decide to randomly stop letting you download any more data for an unspecified amount of random time. Really hoping it works after all this or I'ma be really annoyed, not that I wasn't already =3=;
