Talon's 2nd R activation while OOM

I wasn't sure if this was something that was already addressed before or not, but after seeing no fix for it in the recent patch, I figured I'd point it out. If I'm remembering correctly, Talon's actually had this problem for a while, but I'm pretty sure it's not intentional. If you use your R, and then try to reactivate it without the mana it would take to ordinarily use the first activation of your ult, you can't use the 2nd activation. In other words, you'll be sitting there after ulting, trying to call your blades back, hearing the OOM sound effect, wondering why in the world you need mana to use something that doesn't cost mana. I'd love to see this fixed soon, as nothing makes the game more frustrating than something not working properly costing you a kill.
