[GAMEPLAY] Soraka Silence Bugs

On Soraka, the silence sometimes does not work as intended. I tried clipping it not working on an Amumu Bandage toss, but the replay keeps bugging now and won't work for more than a couple seconds. I clipped and posted to youtube the instance where the E damage pops a Vel'koz Banshee's Veil but even as he is standing in it afterwords, the silence never goes through. This has been occurring more frequently in my games, and there are times the silence hits somebody on the edge of its hitbox, but no damage goes through and spellthiefs does not proc any gold off of the silence.

For this, though. A few steps seem to be needed.

1. Opponent has Banshee's Veil. (Not always required for this bug and it does not always bug.)
2. Opponent starts a channel and has to stand still.
3. Soraka E onto opponent.
4. Banshee's Veil pops, but the Silence does not happen even after they stand inside the E for the duration.

Most of the time I see someone still use a skill through silence is one that has a delay, I.E. Bandage Toss on Amumu. It does not stop his skill from proceeding to go off, but that might be intended.

As for the Silence hitting but no damage/spellthiefs proc, I again could not clip it but I do know slightly how to recreate it.

1. Soraka E, Almost pixel perfect on the very edge of their hitbox with it. Sometimes they will be just outside what looks to be the skills hitbox.
2. Enemy gets Silence debuff for a split second and cannot use skills.
3. No Spellthiefs proc and no Damage goes through.

This has effected many games that I have played as or against Soraka and even though it can be nice to not get the silence when they are your opponent, it is extremely frustrating to see that the skill is not working as intended, or bugs at least some of the time.
