Cursor Bug

So, recently, my in game cursor does not appear. My regular, white, cursor appears instead. At first i thought it was a visual bug but then I tried to ping and the line that appears goes all the way across the screen. I also cannot type in game nor can I type in the item search. If anyone can help it wouldbe greatly appreciated. Thank you.
