[GAMEPLAY]Cursor bug

I don't have a picture, but essentially my regular cursor (the one I see everyday when I am on the internet) shows up in-game instead of my league cursor. Because of this, the first time I right-click, it leaves a little options menu on my screen(which is extremely distracting) and the game does not allow me to chat, let alone type at all. My pings also do not work correctly. I've been dealing with this bug since season 6. I have yet to find a trigger to this bug, it just seems like it comes out of nowhere. but I've had it for two days now and this is uncommon. Please help.
