Keyboard loses function

Pressing keys does not have an effect, including attempting to switch tabs (alt+tab, ctrl+alt+delete). Absolutely no keys did anything. Can still use mouse inputs and there is no visible changes (nothing that says I am cced or whatnot).

Has happened twice. 1- Playing as Udyr I was silenced by Soraka, after that I could not input anything with the keyboard.

2- Started an ARAM as Veigar, at the start I could not input with keyboard.

Each time I have had to manually restart my computer with the power button, the bug is gone when the computer is restarted.

I have had a similar problem. It was that There was not enough power going through my computer so make sure its plugged into the wall
