Still unable to sign into the PBE boards with my PBE account

I've made a post maybe a few months ago about how I'm unable to sign into the PBE boards. There was no response to the matter and I'm still unable to do so. There are bugs I want to report but as it redirects me to the boards that I can't sign into I can't submit any.

For an explanation, My PBE account is active and working. But when I try to sign into the PBE boards it tells me my information is incorrect. Previously I changed my password but still wasn't able to sign in.

I don't know what is up but any help is needed
