Jumping off Walls!?

hey everyone,

Anyone noticed that champs now jump off the wall more often, easily and off the range - Akali and vi to be specific I noticed with a friend that Akali sometimes jumps off the wall when she touches the edge same with Vi, I "Q" ed short distance, but was thrown off the wall kinda impossible distance because I pressed "Q" for less than a sec barely touching the "Q" anyways that's all I got.
