I BEG YOU please fix clicking responsiveness

Once again for the newest patch, my right clicking in game on summoner's rift only works about 70-80% of the time, which essentially makes a game like League of Legends unplayable. I had this problem three patches ago, but it was fixed with the following patch. This is not a mouse issue, it is a patch issue. This problem comes and goes with new patches. HELP.
