MAC -- Cannot access shop

With the new patch, I am having major troubles accessing the shop. The page is blank. The one (out of about 10 attempts) time I got in to the shop, I tried to purchase a rune page, but the transaction never went through (Although I got to see Katarina dance for 10 minutes, which is a plus... JK. Maybe). I assume the same thing would happen when attempting to purchase a skin.

Oh and if a riot tech happens to stumble upon this post, maybe take a look at the frame rate drop/lag that occurs when you drop below 1-2% HP.
