Ban not working

My buddy StealthyKlown tried to ban Jax and when he clicked him the ban button wouldn't work and we got kicked from the game plus a queue dodge timer. He was the last ban and was hovering Draven. Can't believe we just got penalized for a stupid bug, please fix this immediately, this is in the beta client btw.
