2 S's on Rank 6 Champ no tokens

I have two S's on rammus but I did not get any tokens to get to 7. Is there anything else then getting an S that is required to get a token?

Must be on a Summoners Rift matchmade game (so no vs bots). Must be an S or S+, but S- do not grant mastery 7 tokens.
