I just played a game where fizz ulted and it hit me, then I pooled and it still killed me.

I'm pretty sure this is how it's meant to work: Vlad becomes untargetable when he pools. If a target is already placed on him (Fiddle's Drain, Morgana's Shackles, Fizz's fish already hooked on you), the damage will still take. Again, I think this is normal.
ACTIVE: Vladimir sinks into a pool of blood, gaining 37.5% bonus movement speed that decays exponentially for 1 second and becoming untargetable for 2 seconds.
He does not become "invulnerable" - simply untargetable.
Yes It's a DoT DoTs aren't affected by pooling.
Because Vlad's invulnerability frames were nerfed before Fizz was released, but Fizz has never seen those nerfs himself.
Why shouldn't it OP?
