Syndra Scatter the weak bug ( E )

just had a game as Syndra where a leesin would Resonating strike onto me and my scatter the weak wouldn't knock him away. at first i thought maybe i just missed but it happened like 2-3 more times. Unless they made his resonating strike make him CC immunue he should've been stopped before he hit me.
