Game is Bugsplatting From Tabbing Out

Patch: 6.8 OS: Windows 8.1 Situation: Upon tabbing out in the loading screen or ingame, as of patch 6.8 the game crashes.

have a similar issue. Running windows 7 my problem is, when I'm in a game, league of legends randomly tabs out, it doesn't crash but i have to click it up again, pretty annoying when it happens during a fight.. not just once but several times per game..

also, my internet connection can randomly quit, so I have to tab out and retype the password, pretty annoying aswell.. any solutions ?
