Champion Info Tab Visual Bug

So ever since patch 6.6, pressing tab (the default hot key) which brings up the enemy and ally chanpion info on game causes visual glitches for me. So usually on my game when I press tab everything is fine and it just pops up. But now on patch 6.6 it kind of fades in which really annoys me and the champion ability icons, items, & summoner spells have a weird visual glitch. Like I don't know how to explain it but it goes from normal to this weird different less-resolution icon which just grinds my gears since I press tab a lot. Does anyone know about this or any remedies? It's starting to annoy me. I'll add screenshots in a while since I'm on mobile right now.
