Game freeze's after clicking on some random action durring champ select, happens only in ranked 4 me

This is probally the 10th ranked game I've lost LP/promo's for in ranked because WHEN I CLICK ON SOMETHING, be it banning champs, clicking on the champ I wana play, switching runes/masteries, waiting on someone/my team to pick, disconnecting and reconnecting during champ select, when any of these things happen, my game is subject to FREEZING and MAKING ME LOSE LP AND PROMO'S, I've lost 4 PROMO'S this way already, and there is no solution, there's just no fix for it apparently, and I'm not getting anything back out of this beside heartache and anger. This is horsecrap! I shouldn't have to EVER go through this, and if I do, I SHOULD BE ABLE TO report this to someone, have someone on your side of the house(riot) prove it and fix my frigen LP/series because you people are so GOD DAMN INCOMPETENT!!!!! WTF IS YOUR STUPID LAZY PROBLEM AND FIX THIS CRAP ALREADY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

10 games is an understatement, but I can safely say AT LEAST 10 ranked games have been affected this way. I'be been playing the game for a couple of years now through different laptop's all windows. This is bullshit, I'm fed up with it now, last year I lost my 1st promo's to d5 that way and just 15 minutes ago I lost my promo's to d4 this way. This isn't fair to me, this is my 1st time reporting the problem and the only reason why I didn't report it before was because I understand your level of stupidity is great and that your care for your players doesn't matter. I still think that way, but at least now, I've written this message, I've played with my brothers and other friends and they too have had this same shitty experience before and its time it's been brought up, and hopefully fixed, and most importantly for me, to fix my f-ing series that your stupid client messed up for me!!!!!!
