Diamond 4 Looking for ranked 5 team/duo partner on same rank

Tired of the boosted community in solo queue at diamond. Diamond 4 currently, peaked at diamond 2 during preseason. I think i'm pretty good. My 3 best are jungle/support/mid. Allways looking to improve. Idc about rank, I just care about how mechanically good you are in league. So if your just starting out a new team with a bunch of hot shots, by all means, let me join you. But please don't waste my time if you dont plan on reaching the top.
