[CLIENT] Typo in tooltip for Bard's passive at one point in the game

I saw this typo when I was at 91 chimes, but I'm sure it happens at other chime amounts too. Someone should go over the wording of his passive at each amount and look for grammar typos like this one.

(In case you don't see it, at the bottom it says "...Bard will be able to have 1 more more meep following at once."
