Account Honor Bug

My account is bugged, I can't get honor 3. I've been playing since the release of Honor System and I can't get it. It kept saying leaverbuster on the right and i havent got dc'd from a match in the last year. I think my account is stuck in leaverbuster mode so my honor is being rejected or some shit?
