[CLIENT] Client becomes immediately unresponsive on start.

When attempting to launch the game, the program becomes immediately unresponsive on almost every attempt to start. The client does not even get as far as the log-in screen and the program has to be force ended. Restarting, repairing, and reinstalling does not solve the problem. No changes to the system outside of League occurred before the issue started.
